Arborea’s Biosolar Leaf™ technology does not need pressurised gases, expensive glass photobioreactors, open ponds exposed to cross contamination, indoor systems or special energy sources. Yet, it is a contained, external and completely micro-environment controlled  system powered by just sunlight and CO₂. This allows the cultivation of multiple nutrient-rich ingredients on non-fertile land with no deforestation, no loss of biodiversity and minimal fresh water.

This enabling technology helps the world’s increasing demand for food, without increasing emissions or land use providing food security for any country regardless of resources.

Biosolar Leaf™ is Arborea’s breakthrough cultivation platform that allows us to grow microscopic plants in the cleanest and most natural way.

Inspired by nature’s original food engine, photosynthesis, our system mimics the way microscopic plants have fuelled life on Earth for billions of years.

Just like photosynthesis in nature, Biosolar Leaf™ sequesters CO2 and uses sunlight as an unlimited feedstock.
